History

In the beginning

In the beginning

Mike started in the Financial planning world in 1993 when he graduated from Taylor University.

He and Tif started working together in the business in 2006 and formed Comprehensive Retirement Solutions. In 2017 they added on CRS Tax Solutions services.

Over the years

Over the years

They operated their own office, had their own staff, moved offices twice and had one additional remodel.

The idea was always to focus on a client centric model, with honesty, integrity, and acting as a fiduciary. The new offices provided room for growth and additional services.

His legacy

His legacy

Mike's passion for his clients and their lives, including their desire to reach their financial goals is exhibited in his legacy plan with Prosperity Advisors.

Tifney is continuing to develop Strategic Communications with Prosperity Advisors team.

As a family business, Mike and Tif worked together as a husband and wife team for over fifteen years. We know that family is a high priority and we have always valued family decision making, as well as the family experience.

On December 25, 2021, we lost our beloved Mike to pneumonia. He was an adored advisor, colleague, friend, spouse and father. We will miss him greatly. You can read his obituary here.

Mike cared deeply for his clients and treasured their trust and confidence. To continue his legacy, we have chosen Prosperity Advisors as the team that will service your financial planning needs. CRS and Prosperity have known each other for many years.
